Foreclosure Prevention

When you’re facing financial challenges, keeping up with your mortgage can be difficult. There is so much information available, at times it’s hard to know where to turn. Our priority will always be to keep you in your home. We offer a variety of mortgage assistance programs including payment forbearance plans including:

• Forbearance Plans
• Repayment Plans
• Loan Modifications
• Short Sales
• Deed in Lieu
• Refinancing

If you need a mortgage assistance program, you may be required to provide certain information including (but not limited to):

• Income verification
• Prior year’s W-2 or Tax Return (if self-employed)
• Copy of P&L statement (if self-employed)
• Letter of hardship
• Current bank statements

When you submit your information, it must include a completed and executed mortgage assistance application. The mortgage assistance application outlines additional documentation that must be provided with your application. This additional documentation is based on your applicable financial situation.
