How do I make a payment?

What is ACH autopay?
ACH stands for Automated Clearing House, which is a paperless way to transfer money between banks.
Why should I use ACH autopay?
Using ACH autopay to automatically pay your mortgage on the same day every month helps you avoid late fees, saves time, and makes budgeting easier.

How do I register my account?
What is escrow?
A portion of your monthly payment goes to your escrow account. We use the funds in this account to pay things like property taxes and homeowners insurance on your behalf. We’ll also use it to pay other bills, such as mortgage insurance, if applicable. Because taxes and insurance rates change over time, your escrow amount will be adjusted every year, which could raise or lower your monthly mortgage payment.

Where do I send my first payment?

We’ll mail your first mortgage statement within seven days of funding. If paying by mail, please remit your payment to the address on your statement 10 days prior to the due date.

If your loan has been transferred to us, we’ll mail you a Notice of Assignment, which includes information on where to make your payment and how to set up autopay.

How do I escalate a complaint?

How do I get an insurance claim check endorsed?
If the loan has been transferred to another servicer, the check must be re-issued to the new investor. If servicing was retained, the check must be sent to our servicer.
How do I get a copy of a mortgage statement?
