With my organizational skills and extensive real estate knowledge, I am confident that you will be prepared as a borrower. I graduated from law school at Sofia University and practiced financial, banking, and commercial law. I studied economics concurrently, which allowed me to gain the valuable knowledge and skills needed to analyze financial information. I chose Mortgage Solutions Financial because it's a direct lender, meaning we process, underwrite, fund, and service our own loans. In addition to originating loans, my extensive work experience includes property evaluations, credit report analysis, and credit improvement. My knowledge of conventional and governmental guidelines allows me to select the best-fitting mortgage programs to match my client's needs. I have been in the mortgage industry for over 18 years and have enjoyed every minute of it!
