I believe the role of a mortgage loan officer is to educate my clients as to what to expect in the process, address their issues pro-actively, and advise them to achieve their dream of home ownership. I have been in the mortgage industry since 1998 and I love my job, but do not agree with how many people/companies in this industry treat their clients. I believe that an educated client can make the best decisions for them and their family. Telling clients what they want to hear and not what they need to hear is not how a lender should advise potential borrowers. I have two children, my daughter who is six and my son who is four, and treat my clients the way I would want them to be treated when buying a home. That is why I have chosen to work with Mortgage Solutions. Mortgage Solutions shares my beliefs and values in doing what is right for the client even if it may not be in my interest.
