I’m Thomas Nunez, a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator with Mortgage Solutions Financial, and I’m passionate about helping families build long-term stability through homeownership. I’ve been an entrepreneur since age 18, launching my first business early and later stepping into operational and leadership roles that shaped my commitment to service, clear communication, and doing things the right way. I hold Associate Degrees in Liberal Arts and Business Administration from Central New Mexico Community College and have called Albuquerque home for more than 20 years after growing up in Vicenza, Italy. I take pride in offering transparent, solutions-focused guidance throughout the mortgage process.
