Patricia is a mortgage loan officer who loves helping people feel confident and prepared as they move toward homeownership or real estate investing. Licensed in North Carolina and Florida, she partners with Mortgage Solutions of Colorado, LLC (61602), giving her access to a wide range of loan options. She works with first time buyers, military families, seasoned homeowners, and investors, offering programs such as VA, FHA, Jumbo, HELOC, new construction, land, DSCR, and bank statement loans. With a master’s degree from an Ivy League university and a background in finance, teaching, and administrative leadership—including ten years at Duke University—Patricia brings clarity, patience, and strong analytical skills to every client relationship. She’s known for making complex lending decisions feel simple and for tailoring solutions to each borrower’s goals. Patricia lives in Fuquay Varina, NC with her husband and two dogs, and stays active in the community as a speaker, educator, and mentor.
