I specialize in first-time homebuyers and down payment assistance programs, helping buyers move from renting to owning with confidence. I’m licensed in Nevada, California, and Washington and work with clients across multiple markets. Known for my straight-talk approach and sense of humor, I make the mortgage process feel manageable and human. Outside of work, I’m a proud mom and grandmother, a DIY enthusiast, animal lover, and self-proclaimed plant whisperer. After losing my daughter, I founded The Cashleigh Foundation and became a passionate advocate for mental health awareness, believing empathy, patience, and understanding matter in every part of life.
