Hi! My name is Kristin Roy. I am the branch manager at our Aiken, South Carolina location and bring 22 years of experience as a loan officer. I’ve proudly been part of the Mortgage Solutions family for 12 years. What I value most about MSF is our strong commitment to military families, first responders, and first-time homebuyers. That mission drives my passion for helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership goals. Our flexible guidelines allow us to say “YES” to many buyers who have been turned down elsewhere, and being part of that difference is something I truly enjoy. In my free time, I stay busy with my two Belgian Malinois, who love getting out for walks and keeping life active.
