Hi, my name is Julian Grajeda. I’ve been happily married for six years and recently became a proud parent to my beautiful daughter. Family is everything to me, and it’s a big part of why I’m so passionate about what I do. Helping individuals and families achieve homeownership isn’t just my job, it’s my mission. Whether it’s your first home or your next big move, I’m here to guide you through the process with honesty, care, and dedication. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending quality time with family, often playing cards or board games. I’m a big movie fan and an even bigger animal lover. Our home is filled with life thanks to our 4 dogs, 4 cats, an iguana, a turtle, and hopefully more animals to come! Creating a warm, welcoming environment is at the heart of everything I do, at work and at home.
