Hi! I’m Gia Barreda-Valdez, a Mortgage Loan Officer proudly serving San Antonio and all of Texas. With over 30 years of lending experience, I’m honored to be part of the Mortgage Solutions Family, where we specialize in helping military families, first responders, and first-time homebuyers achieve their dreams of homeownership. Coming from a military family myself, I’m deeply passionate about supporting those who serve. I also enjoy working with real estate investors, helping them strategize and grow their portfolios with flexible loan solutions, especially when others have said no. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me spending time with my Chocolate Lab and German Shepherd, deep sea fishing, hiking, or decorating. I’m always seeking new adventures and cherishing moments with my family.
