That means we take the time to look beyond the numbers and consider your full story and life circumstances.  Growing up in a small town of 600 people in North Carolina, my brother and I learned the value of hard work and going the extra mile from an early age. Whether that meant helping a stranger broken down on the side of the road or simply being there to listen. Those experiences shaped who I am and how I will show up for you.
