TPO/Wholesale Correspondent Processor

General Purpose

Loan Processors play an integral part within the sales organization and serves as the company’s voice, partner and liaison to our customers. Our team members provide a superior level of customer service to internal and external customers. Our team members are committed to adhering to the integrity of the company’s ability to sell the loan by following established guidelines, policies and procedures found in the Continuity Book and other company-specific resources.

The loan processor will work closely with Mortgage Experts to provide an exceptional experience to our clients. The processor will be required to complete tasks assigned in a timely manner.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Represent the company is a professional and enthusiastic manner
  • Verify accuracy and consistence of loan application and supporting documentation to insure all required submissions quality assurance requirements are met in accordance to company standard
  • Verify all disclosures were provided to the borrower in accordance with state, federal, agency and company compliance standards
  • Verify lock information as applicable
  • Order verifications: VOE, MERS, Flood Certs, Drive Report with undisclosed debt monitoring, tax transcripts
  • Complete all appraisal logging information in Electronic Appraisal Delivery (EAD) portal upon receipt
  • Validate accurate AUS input and findings
  • Validate income and assets for borrowers in accordance with the AUS Findings
  • Meet crucial submission and closing deadlines
  • Maintain and cultivate communication with assigned parties
  • Audit and review loan
  • Prepare Purchase Advice
  • Follow-up on outstanding Post Close conditions

  • Minimum three (3) years of mortgage processing, underwriting, originating or a combination of all aspects.
