Branch Administrative Assistant

Role Overview

The Branch Admin Assistant will work closely with the Office Manager to provide an exceptional experience to our branch employees and clients. The Admin Assistant will be required to complete tasks assigned in a timely manner. These tasks include but are not limited to the detailed loan level items listed below.

Essential Duties

  • General administrative and clerical support for the office
  • Organizes meetings and communicates daily with employees and customers through Outlook
  • Answers multi-line phones and learn to answer questions or direct to correct person to help client
  • Take accurate messages with detail about who is calling
  • Send emails about zoom appointments & enter on calendar
  • Does realtor update calls
  • Follow up phone calls/emails to borrowers on appointments & items needed
  • Updates our pipeline log daily
  • Helps maintain office cleanliness and organization and coordination with facilities staff
  • Greet visitors
  • Download & scan documents and label correctly per office protocol
  • Follow up calls to borrowers on insurance payments, servicing & 1st payment calls.
  • Willing to get Notary designation
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Previous mortgage and administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent computer and typing skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet use, ability to learn and utilize information systems
  • Must be detail oriented, well organized and have the ability to multi-task
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Sense of urgency, demonstrated ability to work in a high stress, fast paced environment
  • Takes Initiative and proactive
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude
  • Must be dependable and punctual with assigned work hours
  • Detail oriented, ability to set goals, meet objectives, take initiative, and complete tasks within deadlines
  • Analytical / Critical thinking—be able to anticipate problems and resolve fast
  • Knowledge and ability to take loan from submission to closing without oversight
  • Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment

Position Type: Non-exempt
Location: Estes Park
Pay Range: $15-$18 /hr
