Mortgage Solutions of Colorado, LLC is growing we have a unique opportunity for an individual with mortgage Customer Service experience to join the team.  These individuals must believe in superior customer service and enjoy working in a high performing environment where integrity and honesty are paramount!

General Purpose

As a vital member of the mortgage servicing team, the Customer Service Representative is a front line liaison between our customers and the servicing company.  Much of the daily work consists of routine administrative support functions, data entry, file audits and file preparation.  The successful candidate will be meticulous with detail, have the ability to multi-task and enjoy a role that is both repetitive and diverse at the same time.

Role and Responsibilities

  • General administrative and clerical support, heavy data entry duties
  • Answer customer service calls received by telephone, email and in-person
  • Generate customer correspondence and general documents
  • Upload service files and input escrows into system in a timely fashion
  • Audit service files for completeness, request docs that are missing and prepare service files for mailing
  • Receive and sort mail, scan and/or process as appropriate
  • Accept mortgage payments from customers, submit payments for processing
  • Cross train on tasks from other roles to serve as high volume or absentee backup

Desired Skills/Knowledge/Behavior

  • As a Customer Service Representative for Mortgage Solutions Financial, EXCELLENT computer skills are REQUIRED – proficient with Microsoft Office and Internet use, as well as the ability to learn and utilize information systems
  • Some entry level accounting, accounts payable/receivable, data entry experience preferred
  • Experience with loss mitigation, foreclosures, and document handling a plus
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • MUST BE DETAIL ORIENTED, well organized and have the ability to multi-task
  • Flawless and timely follow through
  • Sense of urgency, demonstrated ability to work in a high stress, fast paced production environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, personable but direct
  • Interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Personal initiative, proactive and willing to go the extra mile
  • Readily adaptable to a rapidly changing industry
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude
